Since some time late last year, the Finnish bank Sampo has been issuing LotR-themed Visa Electron cards. I don't know the exact time when the LotR card was first released, but I suspect it might have been around Oct-Nov or so. You should find a pic of the card attached. I actually opened an account at the Sampo bank just to be able to get one for myself. ;) They're saying that the LotR card will only be available for a limited amount of
time, but as of right now you can still get them.
