Kenneth writes: I was at the Colorado Adventure Festival here in San Dimas, California where they had an adventure race (kayaking, running, mountain biking, and “special tests”). The announcer said that Sean Astin was racing. As racers were coming through the finish line he announced about 6 times that Sean Astin had just finished. I turned to look and there he was! My friends and I went nuts and many people came around him to shake his hand and meet him. He was extremely cordial and didn’t look annoyed or frustrated at all, despite just finishing a tiring adventure race. |
