'Legolas' Illustrated for PSM 2Magazine "Legolas was the second illustration I got to work on. My first sketches were rejected because he was not properly cropped into PSM magazine's "live area". This would have created major problems with text and logo placement, so I went to a second round of designs and we nailed it down. I concentrated most heavily on the pose-- the background of Sauron's eye was actually added in once the figure was ready. Check this out--want a crash course on Sauron's Black speech?
